Our return policy is simple.

You may return any item that is unused and in its original condition for a full refund.

Returns

• Domestic Returns (within the UK):
  • Please send us a courtesy email to info@hforhammam.co.uk stating that you would like to return an item (if you purchased multiple items, mention which one you’re returning). Specifying a reason helps, but it’s not mandatory.
  • Shipping within the UK usually takes 2-3 days at normal times, 3-5 days at peak. We will issue a refund within minutes once we receive and inspect your return.
• International Returns:
  • Please note the following additional information for international returns:
    • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or related fees incurred during the return process.
    • Label and Documentation: Customers must ensure the correct return label (if provided by HforHammam) is attached and all necessary customs declaration documents are completed and included with the return package.
  • Contact Us: To initiate an international return, please email info@hforhammam.co.uk with your request. We’ll provide further instructions and (if applicable) a return label.
  • Processing Time: Processing international returns may take longer due to customs clearance. We’ll notify you once your return is received and processed.
